We are seeking an experienced Regional Advisor Commissioning & Contracting for the North-West / Central Region covering the provinces of Utrecht Flevoland and North Holland.
Regional Advisors work independently drawing on their own expertise and professional background while being supported by the Platform Social Domain through access to current developments and the continuous strengthening of advisory skills. The role requires a strong process-oriented advisor with a generalist profile who can effectively operate across multiple policy areas.
Working Hours: 2428 hours per week (average)
This assignment requires a senior advisor with extensive experience in commissioning and contracting (clientprovider relationships) within the social domain. The advisor will support the region in matters related to the relationship between commissioning bodies and service providers particularly as shaped by procurement contracting and policy frameworks.
Act as a first-line advisor within the Platform Social Domain on commissioning and contracting matters
Advise on all aspects related to the clientprovider relationship arising from procurement and contracting agreements
Support regional cooperation between governments and chain partners in commissioning and service delivery
Provide guidance on policy governance and implementation related to WMO 2015 and the Youth Act
Connect regional developments with relevant national initiatives and policy reforms
Facilitate dialogue and collaboration between stakeholders at regional and local levels
Completed Bachelors degree (HBO level)
At least 3 years of experience (within the past 5 years) in a coordinating or advisory role in cross-domain (network) collaboration between national and local governments or between governments and chain partners
At least 3 years of experience (within the past 5 years) with commissioning and contracting (WMO Youth Act) procurement and contract management
Demonstrable knowledge of WMO 2015 the Youth Act and relevant elements of the reform agenda
Minimum 3 years of experience as an advisor on change and transformation initiatives related to the Youth Act or WMO 2015
