What you will do:
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure efficient service delivery.
Assist in managing service requests and incidents.
Support the configuration and implementation of system changes.
Analyze and resolve issues ensuring process stability and simplification.
Conduct regression tests and validate system updates.
Coordinate with external providers to deliver planned solutions.
What you bring & who you are:
Education: Degree in IT Computer Science Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Language: Good English level required.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Collaborative mindset for working in multidisciplinary teams.
Self-management and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Nice to have:
Experience with JIRA.
Knowledge of AI PowerBI and Excel.

Youll be part of a supportive and collaborative IT team that values innovation and teamwork. We work in a hybrid model but at least four days per week are required in the office. Together we tackle challenges learn from each other and celebrate successes.
