We are looking for a Senior Digital Analytics & BI professional with a hybrid profile (Digital Analytics BI) capable of moving comfortably between business marketing and technology.
Your mission will be to ensure robust and scalable measurement automate data exploitation and help teams make better decisions through reliable clear and actionable information.
In addition this role will play a key part in the evolution of the area toward more intelligent models exploring how applied AI and agentic approaches can help optimize processes scale capabilities and differentiate the services we offer our clients.
We are looking for someone who enjoys doing analytics the right way but who also brings curiosity sound judgment and a desire to innovate working alongside a team that is rapidly expanding and building new capabilities.
3 years of experience in Digital Analytics and BI (ideally in consulting agency or multi-client environments).
Strong experience in measurement plans data layers and coordination with technical teams.
Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.
Experience collaborating with marketing media CRM and technology teams.
Ability to translate data into business insights and communicate conclusions clearly.
Professional level of English (international environment).

Design measurement plans aligned with business objectives translating KPIs into events parameters and tracking structures.
Define and orchestrate data layers and tagging in collaboration with IT and development teams.
Implement and audit analytics and media tagging (GTM or other environments) ensuring consistency and traceability.
Ensure data quality by detecting discrepancies and defining validation processes and continuous monitoring.
Privacy and compliance
Configure and manage CMPs and consent frameworks ensuring regulatory compliance (GDPR Consent Mode).
Ensure that measurement and data activation respect privacy-by-design principles.
BI data and automation
Model and transform data through ETL processes from multiple sources (analytics CRM paid media e-commerce etc.).
Design and maintain automated dashboards and reports for business marketing and performance teams.
Connect platforms and build automation flows for data extraction transformation and visualization.
Translate data into actionable insights helping prioritize decisions with real impact.
Applied AI and agentic approach
Explore and develop AI use cases applied to analytics and BI such as:
reporting automation
anomaly detection
assisted insight generation
intelligent alerts and process optimization.
Collaborate on the design of workflows and intelligent agents to scale recurring tasks (data QA exploratory analysis documentation validations etc.).
Actively participate in the evolution of the teams value proposition by contributing ideas improvements and new ways of working with data.
