Job Summary
Do you love making big complex projects run smoothly Camphouse is looking for a Strategic Account Project Manager to lead the onboarding of our most important enterprise clients. Youll be the go-to person connecting clients Customer Success Product and Development teams turning complex requirements into seamless high-impact rollouts.
What youll do:
Own onboarding projects for our largest clients managing timelines deliverables risks and dependencies.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams building strong relationships at every level.
Translate business and technical requirements into actionable plans coordinating with Sales Customer Success Product QA and Engineering.
Provide structure and guidance to the Stockholm Customer Success team helping them focus on what matters most.
Spot opportunities to improve processes workflows and the client experience.
Track project success with metrics like Time-to-Value Customer Satisfaction and delivery efficiency.
Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities during onboarding.
What were looking for:
5 years managing complex enterprise projects ideally in SaaS media or advertising.
Experience delivering multi-market or global implementations for enterprise clients.
Strong technical understanding of APIs integrations data pipelines or workflow automation.
Excellent communication relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide structure guidance and calm leadership across cross-functional teams.
Project Management certification is a plus.
Youll be part of an international team collaborating with colleagues and clients across time zones and cultures so a positive can-do attitude and a knack for building strong global relationships is key.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Location: Stockholm Sweden
