Job Mission

As our B2B Supply Chain Specialist youll own the end-to-end B2B order-to-delivery flow across markets from shipping setup and lead times to exceptions and inventory accuracy. Youll work closely with internal teams and external partners to improve cost delivery performance and compliance with a strong focus on data automation continuous improvement and sustainable growth.

What youll do

Own the end-to-end B2B order-to-delivery flow and team up with external and internal partners to keep deliveries smooth
Ensure accurate healthy inventory by providing actionable planning and procurement inputs in close collaboration with Supply Chain and Category Managers.
Support planning & replenishment with practical inputs (forecasts safety stock reorder points purchase proposals).
Ensure customs & trade compliance across markets in close collaboration with Legal Finance and external advisors.
Improve how we work through data and automation (lead times cost-to-serve visibility scalable partner onboarding).
Own logistics master data standards (SKU/packaging dimensions/weights HS codes where relevant partner shipping requirements).

What were looking for

Experience in supply chain/logistics operations (B2B distribution is a plus).
Good understanding of the end-to-end flow: forecasting purchasing inventory warehousing and transportation.
You thrive when partnering with people across the organisation and with external partners and are familiar with EU cross-border shipping (Incoterms customs)
Hands-on experience working with 3PLs and carriers setting clear ways of working and solving issues when they pop up.
Comfortable using data to make decisions and improve how things run.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite or SAP) and Excel/Google Sheets (BI tools are a plus).
Fluent in English (spoken and written) Swedish is a plus but not required.
