Job Summary
Essential requirements:
5 year experience in global company working with central infrastructure
Experience with working in hosted / central environments
Willingness to travel within the region
Fluent in English (verbal & writing)
Good knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory
Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows Desktop (10/11)
Good knowledge in actual Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
Basic MS 365/Teams understanding
VMware knowledge and experience
Experience with Windows Server based networks
Demonstrates good competency in networking fundamentals including DHCP DNS wireless networks Cisco/Dell switch and LAN environments
Experience in analyzing & troubleshooting 1st & 2nd level problems
Knowledge about ITIL framework with focus on service requests and incidents management
Knowledge in working with some of the major Service Desk systems
