Job Summary

Axpo has been operating in the Polish market for over 20 years now. It employs about 270 people and is one of the largest independent offtakers of green energy. Customers in Poland benefit from tailor-made offers for the purchase and supply of energy and gas based on structured and long-term contracts. Axpo Polska also provides services to more than 25000 companies from the small and medium-sized enterprises segment and since April 2020 it has only been offering energy with a certified origin from renewable energy sources. While supporting energy transition in Poland the Company also implements large-scale photovoltaic projects.
Currently we are looking for: Operations Intern
Your responsibilities:
Support external energy and gas invoicing operations
Provide daily assistance to the billing team
Input meter readings from Distribution System Operator (DSOs)
Prepare and issue invoices for gas and energy services
Maintain high standards and attention to detail in all operations
Our requirements:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (for example: Economics Accounting Finance)
Intermediate proficiency in Excel
Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively under time pressure and meet deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong teamwork skills and a goal-oriented approach
Native Polish language skills and English proficiency at B2 level
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
