Location: South America - Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy from sourcing to match-ready candidates
Build and maintain a high-quality EA pipeline that consistently feeds training-ready talent
Partner with leaders to hire internal core team roles as the company scales
Lead coach and hold recruiters accountable to quality speed and efficiency metrics
Drive geographic expansion with a strong focus on LATAM and emerging markets
Continuously improve matching success rates between talent and clients
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
35 years in talent acquisition recruiting or staffing (high-growth environments preferred)
Proven experience managing recruiters and building scalable hiring processes
Strong understanding of quality-focused hiring (conversion rates matter more than volume)
Data-driven mindsetyou track funnel metrics source performance and outcomes
Experience with or strong interest in LATAM talent markets (a plus not required)
Excellent English communication skills
