- Lead the DevOps strategy roadmap and implementation across various applications and platforms.
- Architect and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI or Azure DevOps.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption using AWS CDK Terraform CloudFormation or Ansible.
- Develop maintain and optimize AWS CDK scripts to provision secure scalable and reusable cloud infrastructure components.
- Oversee the design automation and operational activities of cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Lead containerization and orchestration efforts using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
- Collaborate with architects developers QA and SRE teams to enhance and streamline release processes.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring logging and alerting frameworks with tools like CloudWatch Prometheus Grafana ELK or Splunk.
- Ensure adherence to security standards secrets management and DevSecOps best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize system performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior DevOps and CDK engineers; foster continuous improvement across teams.
- Leverage strong hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2 Lambda VPC S3 EKS RDS and CloudWatch.
- Utilize scripting languages such as Python Shell or for automation tasks.
- Apply expertise in microservices deployment networking IAM encryption and cloud security best practices.
- Lead and coordinate delivery in onshore/offshore and multi-functional team environments.
- Demonstrate excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
