Job Summary

Role: QA Test Scripter V

Location: Menlo Park CA

Fulltime role

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies architects and implements long term automation solutions for ambiguous problems. Builds test tools and framework that help organization maintain good product health and long term maintainability and stability. The responsibility includes supervising product change with quality goals and redesigns test framework to support experimentation and rollout.
  • Define long-term quality driven roadmaps and prioritization aligned with Clients business goals. Focuses on identifying opportunities for innovation and emerging technologies to enhance the Clients quality testing capabilities while aligning the vision with XFN partners.
  • Showcases the ability to identify improvements in existing processes takes ownership and drives to resolution through others.
  • Mentors multiple xfn engineers and helps coach them to be successful. Brings clarity and removes ambiguities and ensuring the technical solutions aligns to org strategies and business goal

Qualifications:

  • Software developer Engineer in Test (SDET) with 8 years of experience in software automation (UI and/or Integration).

Must have Skills:

  • Automation framework and infrastructure (Selenium)
  • Experience with JS Hack PHP
  • Independent self-learner

Nice to have Skills:

  • UI Automation framework
  • Data analytics
