Compensation: $85000 $130000 annually

Job Summary
We are passively seeking a Project Manager / Estimator or a Purchasing Agent / Project Manager with direct experience working for a window manufacturer or fenestration company. This is a non-urgent requirement and we are open to reviewing strong profiles as they become available. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in estimating procurement and project execution within the window or fenestration industry.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for window manufacturing and installation projects
Manage projects from bid award through production delivery and installation
Coordinate purchasing of materials components and vendor pricing related to window systems
Collaborate closely with sales engineering production and field teams
Manage budgets schedules change orders and project documentation
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers manufacturers and subcontractors
Ensure projects meet quality standards timelines and contractual requirements

Required Experience & Qualifications

Experience as a Project Manager / Estimator or Purchasing Agent / Project Manager
Mandatory experience with a window manufacturer or fenestration company
Strong background in estimating procurement and project coordination
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
Experience with construction or manufacturing project lifecycles
Proficiency with estimating and project management software
Strong communication negotiation and organizational skills
