Note: Start Date: ASAP. Compensation Range: $139800.00/year up to 10% bonus. Location: Oshkosh WI strongly preferred (3 days in office up to 2 days remote). For very strong candidates the team will consider candidates who are within driving distance of Oshkosh and who can work 25% onsite 75% MD will also be considered for strong candidates but only onsite option (3 days in office up to 2 days remote). Relocation offered. Travel: minimum travel (1-2 times per year to other sites). US Citizen or Green Card Holder. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends patterns and business insights
- Build validate and deploy advanced predictive and machine learning models
- Translate complex data findings into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver scalable data solutions
- Support data science strategy incident resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coach and mentor team members on data science and analytics best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree with 5 years of data science or related experience OR
- Masters degree with 3 years of experience
- Strong experience in business analytics and supply chain functions
- Proven ability to communicate insights and business impact clearly
- Individual contributor mindset (non-managerial role)
- Experience outside of heavy financial industry environments
