Job Title: Material Handler - US

Location: Raleigh NC

Duration: 6 Months

Job Type: Contract

Note: Shift 03:30 PM To 11:30 PM. Training: will be done on first shift. Note: Hours could change to 12 hours depending on business needs. They Will Need Steel Toe Shoes Shirts Tucked in PPE on At All Times And To Have The Expectations OF NO cell phones on the production floor. Can Start Once DT Clears. Top Required Skills:

Ability to read a ruler
Basic math skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Must-Have Skills:

Ability to read a ruler and pass ruler/line clearance tests
Basic arithmetic (addition subtraction multiplication division)
Ability to lift carry and move materials up to 50 lbs
Ability to read and interpret safety rules procedures and work instructions
Strong attention to safety quality and cleanliness
Good communication skills and reliable attendance

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Forklift certification or prior forklift experience
Experience using RF scanners and barcode systems
Knowledge of loading and material handling techniques
Mechanical aptitude or prior hands-on industrial experience

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Stage materials and orders for shipment according to schedules and instructions
Receive inspect and document incoming shipments; reject damaged materials
Supply production areas with required materials to maintain workflow
Operate forklift or hand lift equipment to move pallets carts and materials
Perform packaging banding stretch wrapping labeling and documentation for shipments
Maintain cleanliness safety compliance and accurate inventory records

Requirements:

6 12 months of related material handling warehouse or manufacturing experience (preferred)
Ability to pass ruler test line clearance test and mechanical aptitude assessment
Willingness to work overtime as required including peak periods
Ability to meet physical demands of the role with or without reasonable accommodation
Must comply with all federal state local and company safety requirements
