Growing Per Diem Pool for RN Critical Care Start Date: 1/17/26. Must have EPIC Knowledge. Candidates must be available weekends. Preference given to candidates available for a full schedule through the end of January and the first week of February. Minimum compliance requirements must be met prior to starting; full compliance profile must be completed within two weeks after the start date. Non-negotiable compliance items should be: License verification. BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as required. MMR and Varicella vaccination record or attest to being vaccinated or decline vaccination. Negative TB results. Drug screen and background screen should be provided shortly after the start of the clinicians shift. 1. Current and valid state RN License 2. BLS 3. ACLS 4. Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital critical care. 5. Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred 6. COVID vaccination/boosters preferred The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment planning implementation and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the ICU. The Registered Nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to his/her assigned patients; He/She communicates with the physician about changes in the patient s clinical condition including hemodynamic monitoring results of diagnostic studies and abnormal results and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment. Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality.
