Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities and daily living skills

Document evaluations progress notes and treatment outcomes accurately

Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary team members
-
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
-
Ensure compliance with state federal and facility regulations
Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
-
Current Texas Occupational Therapy license/certification
-
Current BCLS (AHA) certification
-
NBCOT certification required
-
AOTA and OTAC membership preferred
-
Minimum 1 2 years of occupational therapy experience
