Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team in Pampa TX. This full-time day-shift role is ideal for an experienced OT who is committed to helping patients achieve independence and improve their quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities and daily living skills
Document evaluations progress notes and treatment outcomes accurately
Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary team members
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
Ensure compliance with state federal and facility regulations

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current Texas Occupational Therapy license/certification
Current BCLS (AHA) certification
NBCOT certification required
AOTA and OTAC membership preferred
Minimum 1 2 years of occupational therapy experience
