A well-established healthcare organization in Northern California is seeking a Senior Physician Assistant to join its Urgent Care and Emergency Services team. What Youll Be Doing
Provide urgent and emergent care to a diverse patient population in an onsite setting
Evaluate diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
Perform procedures within scope of practice and clinical competencies
Collaborate with physicians nursing staff and ancillary teams to ensure high-quality care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in quality safety and performance improvement initiatives
Deliver efficient patient-centered care during evening and weekend shifts
Schedule Details
Week 1: Sunday Monday Thursday Friday
Week 2: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Saturday
Weekday hours: 12:30 PM 8:30 PM
Weekend hours: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
Evening shifts available at 32 or 36 hours per week
Qualifications
Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program
Active California Physician Assistant license required at hire
National Provider Identifier required at hire
Physician Assistant National Certification required at hire
Basic Life Support certification required
Minimum of three years of recent experience as a Physician Assistant within the last five years
Minimum three years of Urgent Care or Emergency Department experience required
Ability to work effectively in a labor-management partnership environment
Fluoroscopy permit required for certain departments or must be obtained within 18 months if applicable
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $171500 $259100 annually
Sign-on bonus equal to 10% of base salary
