Must be a U.S. Citizen
6 years of related experience in a 9-1-1 planning role
Proven experience as a network architect or in a similar technical role
Familiarity and/or hands on experience with legacy 9-1-1 systems and protocols including CAMA ISDN T1/T3 ALI circuits fiber based network transport VoIP and SIP
Experience with network design and implementation projects
Strong understanding and experience in planning and project managing the installation and modification of TDM and SIP circuits
Ability to interpret complex or ambiguous technical situations and resolve problems effectively

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality

Relevant certifications such as CCNA CCNP CISSP or ENP (preferred)
