About the role:
The Area Sales Manager will play a key front-line role in driving Fitelo s growth by building and nurturing strong relationships with doctors across the assigned territory. This role is ideal for a proactive field-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and is motivated by making a real impact in healthcare accessibility.
Specifically this role will involve:
- Onboarding new doctors within the assigned territory
- Retaining onboarded doctors and building long-term professional relationships
- Managing and taking complete ownership of the assigned territory
- Driving patient conversion through effective collaboration with doctors
- Conducting Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions and in-clinic (OPD) camps
- Making 6 7 field visits daily and engaging with a minimum of 5 6 doctors per day
- Attempting outreach to 10 12 doctors daily to meet conversion targets
- Representing Fitelo professionally in front of doctors and healthcare partners
- Working closely with internal teams to support business development goals
Ideal candidate will have:
- 1 3 years of experience in doctor or patient onboarding (gynecology background preferred)
- Mandatory field sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy resilience and comfort working in a high-growth startup environment
- Willingness to relocate to the assigned territory
- A valid driving license access to a two-wheeler and an Android smartphone
- A proactive result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Qualifications:
- Any graduate preferably from pharmaceutical.
