Key Responsibilities

Text Annotation & Classification: Labeling specific parts of speech identifying named entities (names places dates) or classifying text by topic.

Sentiment Analysis: Determining if a text snippet is positive negative or neutral to help AI understand human emotion.

Content Moderation: Reviewing user-generated text for inappropriate harmful or biased content to adhere to safety guidelines.

Data Cleaning & Validation: Reviewing existing annotations to ensure high-quality accurate data for training models.

Dialogue/Chat Evaluation: Ranking refining or correcting chatbot responses to improve conversational AI.
