Tasks include sentiment analysis entity recognition text classification and content moderation to improve AI accuracy requiring strong language skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Text Annotation & Classification: Labeling specific parts of speech identifying named entities (names places dates) or classifying text by topic.
Sentiment Analysis: Determining if a text snippet is positive negative or neutral to help AI understand human emotion.
Content Moderation: Reviewing user-generated text for inappropriate harmful or biased content to adhere to safety guidelines.
Data Cleaning & Validation: Reviewing existing annotations to ensure high-quality accurate data for training models.
Dialogue/Chat Evaluation: Ranking refining or correcting chatbot responses to improve conversational AI.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (or target language) with strong reading comprehension.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot subtle nuances in text to ensure consistent accurate labeling.
Technical Familiarity: Comfortable with web-based annotation tools and basic computer skills.
