Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Developer to design develop and support enterprise-level role involves building modern secure and scalable web-based solutions while maintaining and enhancing existing systems. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who collaborates effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Perform senior-level software development and programming activities for complex applications.
Analyze business and technical requirements by working closely with users systems analysts architects and other stakeholders.
Design develop test debug document and deploy client/server and web-based applications.
Develop and enhance front-end and back-end components using C# .NET (Blazor) HTML5 CSS SQL and Stored Procedures.
Design and implement system specifications programming standards and technical solutions.
Investigate and resolve application issues; provide ongoing application support and maintenance.
Support and modernize state licensing systems including migration of legacy functionality to modern platforms while ensuring data integrity and portability.
Conduct research and analysis to develop specialized programs or routines that enhance system functionality and performance.
Recommend and contribute to improvements in application development processes and best practices.
Maintain applications at current supported versions and security standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

Extensive experience in C# (.NET) Blazor and SQL-based development.
Strong experience developing and supporting web-based and client/server applications.
Proficiency with Visual Studio 2022 .NET Core 9.0 Oracle Database and SQL Server.
Experience working with Stored Procedures and relational database design.
Familiarity with DevExpress tools for building responsive user-friendly interfaces.
Proven experience developing or enhancing licensing systems for state or government agencies.
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to deliver effective solutions.

8	Required	8 years of experience programming in various coding languages including but not limited to: .Net HTML HTML5 ASP Java /C# front end and back-end user interface methodologies technologies SQL and stored procedures
8	Required	8 years of experience independently performing a variety of complicated SDLC related tasks at all phases of the SDLC
8	Required	8 years of experience in software application administration and management
8	Required	8 years of experience in leading SDLC projects from scope to deployment including coordinating with organizational change control boards and release schedules
8	Required	8 years of experience and proficiency in web programming using code languages: .NET/C# JavaScript HTML CSS SQL Stored Procedures Oracle and SQL Server
6	Required	6 years of experience with Agile SDLC methodology
6	Required	6 years of experience in cross-team collaboration for requirements gathering and software development modifications and maintenance
5	Required	5 years of experience in programming and implementing software application modifications to accommodate information security requirements and network security integrity
5	Required	5 years of experience leading and directing SDLC teams including code validation and approval of fellow programmers
5	Required	5 years of experience in technical writing and documentation of environment and network changes and release notes
5	Required	5 year of experience in presenting in-person software application change demonstrations for the purposes of seeking customer approval of proposed design
4	Required	4 years of experience using Azure Dev Ops Jira or similar
