Job Summary
Title: Kafka Solution Architect with 12 years
Location: Phoenix AZ (day 1 onsite 3 days office)
Duration: Long term contract

Required Qualifications
5 7 years of practical professional experience supporting application integration use cases with strong emphasis on Apache Kafka (not just Confluent).
Hands-on experience designing deploying and integrating real-world solutions using Apache Kafka and Flink - with focus on use cases beyond just provisioning clusters.
Ability to consult on architectural designs patterns and integration strategies with internal stakeholders across multiple technology domains.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience documenting solution designs patterns and architectural decisions.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments.
Broad understanding of modern integration patterns event-driven systems message streaming and real-time processing.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and how streaming architectures integrate with cloud native services.
