Position: ServiceNow HRSD Architect
Location: Onsite- Miami FL (Relocation will work)
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description

We seek an experienced ServiceNow Architect to serve as the primary onsite lead for HRSD (HR Service Delivery) initiatives. You will drive end-to-end design solution architecture and implementation of ServiceNow modules ensuring scalable best-practice solutions aligned with business goals. This role demands strong collaboration with HR stakeholders and development teams (onsite-offshore) in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design solution architecture and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs following ServiceNow best practices.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define workflows case management knowledge management employee lifecycle and service delivery processes.
Provide architectural governance enforcing platform standards and security requirements.
Guide development teams (onsite-offshore) on best practices coding standards and design patterns.
Lead integration design with enterprise systems including HRIS Identity Management and ERP platforms.
Conduct architecture reviews impact assessments and feasibility analysis for new features and enhancements.
Own creation of technical documentation architecture diagrams and data models.
Mentor technical teams and build internal capabilities.
Participate in roadmap planning platform upgrades and ServiceNow release management.

Required Skills (Essential)

ServiceNow expertise (6-8 years) with deep focus on HRSD modules.
Proven solution architecture and end-to-end implementation experience.
Strong skills in workflows case management knowledge management and employee lifecycle processes.
Integration design with HRIS Identity Management ERP and other enterprise systems.
Architectural governance security best practices coding standards and design patterns.
Experience guiding onsite-offshore teams and mentoring.

Desirable Skills

Certification: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or HRSD specialist.
Tools: Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) Flow Designer IntegrationHub.
Leadership: Roadmap planning release management feasibility analysis.
Soft skills: Stakeholder collaboration technical documentation architecture diagrams.

Qualifications

6-8 years in ServiceNow architecture with HRSD focus.
Bachelors in Computer Science or related field.
