Pediatric & Adolescent Clinical Therapist
Location: Goodlettsville TN with the ability to provide telehealth from home two days per week. (Hybrid)
Salary: $52000 - $55000 depending on licensure status

The primary function of this position is to provide individual family and group counseling for pediatric and adolescent aged clients and their families.
Primary Responsibilities

Provide individual/family/group counseling services utilizing evidence-based practices to maintain 25 hours of client contact a week with some evening availability.

Commitment to learning and utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices including but not limited to TF-CBT CPP CPC-CBT and/or DBT.

Partner with outside agencies for client service delivery as needed (DCS and other providers).

Provide education regarding behavioral health needs to staff and families as needed.

Appropriately assess and diagnose identified clients per insurance requirements.

Develop appropriate treatment plans for identified client(s).

Maintain timely session and billing documentation.

Participate actively in a growing relationship focused practice with a high volume of referrals.
Required Skills and Abilities

Excellent oral and written communication skills reflecting professional knowledge and demeanor in all forms of communication.

Ability to build strong rapport with children adolescents and families quickly.

Capacity to work individually and in a family context.

Ability to remain calm and effectively manage crisis situations.

Capacity to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team.
-
Capability to collect data and engage in appropriate feedback.
Minimum Requirements
-
Masters in Counseling or Social Work.

Must be committed to seeking independent licensure in your discipline within a reasonable timeline.

Experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft OFFICE including Word Outlook and Excel.

Experience working in a medical and/or clinical setting is preferred.
