Job Summary
Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center is looking for a Locum Interventional Cardiologist!
Details:
- Practice Setting (Inpatient/Call/Outpatient/Clinic): Inpatient/Call/Clinic
- Dates of Coverage: TBD
- Clinic M-F 9a-430p
- Call Schedule: Weekday & Weekday night call. Weekend call. All in rotation with other providers
- Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 15-18
- Will Other Interventional Cardiologists be Present During our Locums Coverage Yes
- Patient Age Demographic: (Adolescent OB Adult Geriatric): Adult
- Documentation System/EMR: Cerner (Transition to Epic 6/2026)
Travel Reimbursement:
- Flight
- Hotel
- Rental Car
- Milleage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate
- Preferences or additional caps not outlined in the travel: Preferred hotel is Fairfield Inn and Hampton Inn in West Burlington. Need to let hotels know you are affiliated with our health system to get the discounted rates.
- Malpractice - included in rates
- Orientation - to cover orientation/training
- Clinic: $485/hr
- OT / Holiday: 1.5x rate
- Night call: $800
- Weekend 24-hr call: $4800
- Callback: $590/hr

- Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology REQUIRED
- Active IA license or IMLC eligibility (LOQ needed at time of presentation) REQUIRED
- BLS ACLS - REQUIRED
- Self Query NPDB - REQUIRED (at time of presentation)
