Angular Developer

Role Description:

Lead the design and development of scalable Angular-based micro frontend applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Define frontend architecture coding standards and best practices to ensure maintainability scalability and performance.
Drive hands-on delivery of micro frontend implementations including shared libraries and independent deployments.
Collaborate closely with backend DevOps UX and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Provide technical leadership by influencing design decisions and driving consensus across cross-functional teams.
Mentor and guide frontend team members through code reviews technical coaching and architectural decision-making.
Manage priorities timelines and risks within Agile/Scrum environments.
Support stakeholder communication by translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Provide performance feedback and foster a culture of continuous improvement.



Essential Skills

Strong expertise in Angular (v10) including component architecture RxJS state management (NgRx) and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with Micro Frontend architecture using Module Federation Single-SPA or similar frameworks.
Proficiency in modern frontend technologies including TypeScript JavaScript (ES6) HTML5 CSS3 SCSS and responsive design.
Experience integrating frontend applications with REST and GraphQL APIs authentication mechanisms CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience delivering micro frontend solutions with shared libraries and independent deployments.
Exposure to cloud-native environments and frontend DevOps practices across AWS Azure or GCP.
8 12 years of overall IT experience including at least 5 years of Angular development and leadership experience.
Proven experience leading large-scale frontend initiatives in enterprise or distributed environments.
Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to guide architecture influence design decisions and support team growth.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
