Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master to enable high-performing self-organized teams and drive Agile adoption across a cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles practices and transparency
Enable delivery leadership by removing impediments optimizing processes and reducing rework
Support Product Owners with backlog management product increment planning and requirement validation
Drive continuous improvement CI/CD practices and participation in scaled Agile frameworks
Track and report key performance metrics (uptime MTTR deployment frequency incidents)

Required Qualifications

6 years of experience in Agile environments
Strong Agile coaching facilitation and servant leadership skills
Proven experience driving Agile adoption across teams and stakeholders
Scrum certification (CSM PSM or SSM)
Experience with Azure DevOps Boards; familiarity with ServiceNow
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred

ITIL 4 Certification
Basic infrastructure knowledge (cloud virtualization networking IT operations)
