Job Summary

Summary

Responsibilities

Develop customize and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex Lightning and OmniStudio
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado and GitHub
Configure and deploy Salesforce Sales Cloud and Health Cloud solutions
Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party systems (REST/SOAP MuleSoft)
Automate testing validation and code quality checks
Troubleshoot deployment issues and resolve environment inconsistencies
Collaborate with development QA and release teams to streamline delivery
Maintain source control standards branching strategies and code reviews
Monitor deployments to ensure performance reliability and minimal downtime

Skills Must have

6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Apex Lightning components and Salesforce DX
Proven experience managing CI/CD pipelines using Copado and GitHub
Solid understanding of Salesforce deployment strategies and multi-environment management
Experience with automated testing code quality tools and release optimization
Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools

Nice to have

Copado Certified DevOps Engineer
Salesforce Administrator certification
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Salesforce environments
Ability to mentor team members on DevOps and Salesforce best practices
