OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
On Call: $9/hr
Charge/Precept: $6/hr

Billable OT:

36-40 hrs/week OT billable after 40
48 hrs/week OT billable after 48

Requirement description : Clinical Interview pre-screening with 405 Area Code

Orientation Date(s): 1/26 2/2 2/9

24 months of interventional vascular/IR lab experience in a hospital or medical center setting REQUIRED
Cardiac Cath Lab/CCL experience in a hospital or medical center setting PREFERRED
Experienced & proficient in Endovascular PREFERRED

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current operating room experience required
Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Operating Room Nurse/RN) required
Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of todays date preferred
Drivers License document required
AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS required
ARRT/The American Registry of Radiology Technologists - document required

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : call schedule
On Call Requirements : 6-8 days including every 4th weekend
