Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Appian Lead to design develop and lead enterprise BPM and low-code automation solutions using the Appian platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Appian development expertise along with the ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities -
Lead end-to-end Appian application design development and deployment

Architect scalable BPM and workflow solutions using Appian Low-Code Platform

Guide and mentor Appian developers and technical team members

Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Design and implement process models SAIL interfaces and integrations
-
Ensure best practices in Appian development performance and security

Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
-
Support application enhancements upgrades and production issues
Required Skills & Experience -
8 years of overall IT experience

5 years of strong hands-on Appian development experience

SAIL Interface Design

Records & Reports

Expression Rules

Integrations (REST/SOAP)

Experience with Appian administration and deployment

Strong understanding of BPM workflow automation and case management

Appian Certification (Senior Developer / Lead)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
