Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Appian Lead to design develop and lead enterprise BPM and low-code automation solutions using the Appian platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Appian development expertise along with the ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Appian application design development and deployment
Architect scalable BPM and workflow solutions using Appian Low-Code Platform
Guide and mentor Appian developers and technical team members
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Design and implement process models SAIL interfaces and integrations
Ensure best practices in Appian development performance and security
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
Support application enhancements upgrades and production issues

Required Skills & Experience

8 years of overall IT experience
5 years of strong hands-on Appian development experience
Expertise in:
- Appian Process Models
- SAIL Interface Design
- Records & Reports
- Expression Rules
- Integrations (REST/SOAP)
Experience with Appian administration and deployment
Strong understanding of BPM workflow automation and case management
Experience working with databases (SQL/Oracle) and APIs
Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments

Good to Have

Appian Certification (Senior Developer / Lead)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience in financial services insurance or enterprise domains

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments
Experience working with onsite/offshore teams
