Exposure to personalization engines recommendation systems and conversational AI.

Roles & Responsibilities

The AI Specialist will be a key contributor in TCS Interactives DX Practice focusing on designing developing

and deploying AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experience marketing technology and digital

transformation initiatives. This role demands strong technical expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI combined

with a deep understanding of digital experience platforms and enterprise ecosystems.

Solution Development:

Design and implement AI-powered solutions for personalization automation and customer engagement across marketing commerce and service channels. Develop and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics recommendation engines and conversational AI. Innovation & Experimentation: Drive PoC and MVP-led experimentation for AI use cases in DX leveraging frameworks Collaborate with design studios and engineering teams for rapid prototyping and creative AI engineering. Integration & Deployment: Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud AEM CDP and marketing automation tools. Ensure compliance with Responsible AI frameworks geo-specific regulations and data privacy standards. Collaboration & Advisory: Work closely with DX Advisors Experience Designers and Martech SMEs to align AI solutions with client objectives. Participate in client workshops and strategic discussions to position AI capabilities effectively.
