Role: Epicor P21 Functional consultant

Work Location: Birmingham AL (Mostly remote but might need to travel 1 or 2 times a month)

Duration: 6-12 Months

Job Description:

Serve as subject matter expert for P21 functional areas (Order Management Inventory Purchasing Finance Pricing).
Gather and document business requirements; map them to P21 functionality.
Configure P21 modules and optimize workflows to meet client needs.
Conduct workshops user training and UAT sessions.
Support go-live and provide post-implementation assistance.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.

Core Skills & Knowledge

Strong understanding of distribution industry processes (order-to-cash procure-to-pay inventory control).
Hands-on experience with ERP configuration and process optimization.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Basic SQL knowledge for reporting and troubleshooting
