Job Summary
Job Title: Infusion / Chemotherapy Nurse (Contract)
Job Type: Contract
Position Urgency: Normal
Shift: Day Shift (4x10-hour shifts Monday Friday; weekday off may vary)
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
We are seeking an experienced Infusion / Chemotherapy Nurse to support a busy chemotherapy and infusion clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering infusion therapies including chemotherapy while providing safe compassionate and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities-
Administer IV infusions including chemotherapy and other infusion therapies

Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide appropriate interventions

Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and potential side effects

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care

Adhere to all clinical protocols safety standards and regulatory requirements

Active RN license (state license required upon acceptance)

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an Infusion Nurse and/or IV Therapy RN

Experience with chemotherapy administration preferred

Current BLS/BCLS certification required

Strong IV skills and patient assessment abilities
