Job Summary

MW Partners is currently seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in the media and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities and duties:

Leading projects / programs that span multiple departments with various stakeholders to ensure teams are achieving their commitments.
Driving effective teamwork communication collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
Promote and evangelize a balanced and consistent DIG best practices including portfolio management.
Actively identifying and removing impediments that may impact team velocity or deliverables.
Working as a servant-leader within the team using leadership skills to cultivate healthy and productive working relationships and habits.
Provide program management support to drive programs & projects to completion.
Communicate program and projects status updates to a large group of stakeholders; including executive leadership.

Requirements:

7 years experience as an agile program manager in a technical/analytical environment.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required. Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP CSP or SA are recommended.
Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies with demonstrated success driving those teams to higher levels of productivity and efficiency.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and implement ideas in a fast-paced creative environment.
Experience working as part of a larger Program Management Office to deliver complex solutions working through an agile process to call out issues remove impediments and manage risk.
Experience managing competing priorities negotiating compromises and interfacing between a technical team and business partners sometimes across multiple time zones.
Comfortable with making decisions that are thoughtful with limited data and lots of ambiguity.
