Job Summary

NOW HIRING: 3rd Shift Construction Laborers

Pay: $17 $20/hr (Based on Experience)

We are seeking dependable hardworking individuals to join our overnight construction support team. This is a vital role that ensures our job sites are prepared safe and ready for action. If you are a night owl with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn the construction trade we want to hear from you.

The Role:

Site Preparation: Assist with the setup and breakdown of job sites.
Material Handling: Safely load unload and secure materials and equipment.
Equipment Operation: Learn to operate light and heavy machinery (we provide the training!).
Site Maintenance: Maintain a professional environment through cleaning minor repairs and routine inspections.
Safety First: Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a secure site for the whole team.

Requirements:

Reliability: Must be comfortable working overnight hours and performing physically demanding tasks.
Compliance: Must pass an on-site drug screening and background check during the interview.
Bonus Skills: Basic carpentry painting or power tool experience is a plus but not required!
