Location: Mason OH 45040 (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week - local candidates only)

Duration: 4 Months (Possible further Extension)

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (8 hours/day 40 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $46.43/hr. W2 All Inclusive

Role Summary

• Serve as a Senior Configuration Analyst on the Business Configuration Solutions team responsible for enabling member benefit configuration strategies by designing implementing and executing configuration solutions.
• This role is 60% hands-on configuration and 40% cross-functional collaboration including leading meetings capturing business requirements testing execution and troubleshooting for multiple Medicaid Medicare and Government program implementations.
• The consultant will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) interfacing with EyeMeds cross-functional teams supporting automation initiatives and enabling scalable system and process solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert representing the Configuration workstream for large Government Implementations including Medicaid Medicare and Medical/Surgical programs
• Lead configuration projects to enable system and process solutions for Business Configuration toolsets
• Provide data analysis and troubleshooting expertise across configuration automation tools
• Prepare data for analysis by removing duplicates errors and outliers; perform data validation
• Build and execute SQL queries to pull backend data based on configuration needs
• Serve as a Business Analyst documenting business requirements process flows and executing testing
• Perform Fit/Gap Analysis and provide feedback on new client plan implementations
• Collaborate with Configuration leadership on roadmap deliverables supporting automation of EyeMed products and networks
• Self-manage priorities to meet SLAs and KPIs
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of EyeMed leadership
• Lead and represent cross-functional meetings (critical requirement)
