Job Summary

position - Senior Developer in NiCE/LiveVox. Location is preferred as Dallas but open to US or Canada.

Needs to be strong on LiveVox and experience on NiCE CXone will be an added advantage.

JD:

Develop and customize applications within NICE CXone and LiveVox environments.
Implement IVR flows ACD routing and omnichannel integrations.

Build and maintain integrations with CRM systems like Sales Force workforce management tools and third-party applications.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs web services and databases.

Configure call flows agent scripts and reporting dashboards.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues ensuring no downtime.
Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues.

Ensure adherence to security compliance and regulatory standards.
Implement best practices for code quality and maintainability.
