Job Summary (List Format):

- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med-Surg Acute Care/Observation Unit
- Facility: Valley View Hospital Colorado
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts including weekend rotation
- On-Call: Must participate in call rotation (1 call shift per 2-week period as needed)
- Patient Population: Adults with acute/chronic illnesses post-Ortho surgery and Hybrid Cath Lab procedures
- Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care using the nursing process (assessment planning implementation evaluation)
- Plan coordinate and manage patient care for med-surg/observation patients
- Utilize specialized knowledge for critical disease states
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years recent Acute Care/Med-Surg/Telemetry RN experience
- Certifications Required:
- Current Colorado RN license
- Current BLS (AHA)
- Current ACLS (AHA)
- Proof of Flu vaccine (no exemptions)
- Other Requirements for Submission: Resume Nursys License copy Skills Sheet BLS/ACLS certificates Flu vaccine proof
