Job Summary Speech Language Pathologist

- Position: Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (Pediatric Therapy)
- Location: Grand Junction CO (Must relocate before start)
- Population Served: Children and adults ages birth to 21
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide therapy services in one-on-one and group settings
- Collaborate with families caregivers and professionals for comprehensive care
- Maintain detailed patient records and document progress
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
- Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Colorado state licensure or eligibility (CFs welcome CF supervision provided)
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Compensation & Benefits:
- $43.00 - $49.45 per hour (based on experience/education)
- $5000 sign-on bonus
