Job Summary

o Dept. Name: Imaging/Ultrasound Ultrasound Technologist must be vascular certified. o Position Title (Specialty): Ultrasound Technologist o Start Date: ASAP o Length of contract (ex: 13 weeks): 13 weeks o On-call (Y/N): Y If yes what are the on-call requirements Call every third Monday night 2130-0600 at MHC o Hours Per Shift (ex: 8 10 or 12): 4 (8 s) and 1 (9) o Shift Start Time: Herrin shifts Sun. 8-1630 Mon. 8-1630 MHC shifts Tues. 11-1930 Thurs. 1100-1930 Fri. 1200-2130 Department Specific Details (ex. nurse/patient ratio float or weekend requirements charting equipment special qualifications or certs.): Epic documentation. We have OB at this facility. Requires vascular certification. Notes: Optional but helpful Parking Instructions: Park in the parking garage. No fees to park. Dress Code: Any color scrubs are fine.
