Opportunity 1: Salesforce Product Owner
This role is a 6-month contract within a customer-facing servicing environment heavily focused on Salesforce backlog ownership. Youll be translating banking initiatives into servicing features while collaborating closely with business partners service teams and technology in an Agile setup.

Details:-

Location: Hybrid setup (3 days onsite per week in Charlotte NC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Product Owner for a dedicated Agile team
- Own and prioritize Salesforce backlog (servicing & consumer-facing features)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders service/operations teams
- Hands-on work across Salesforce Service Cloud Financial Services Cloud and Data Cloud
- Exposure to data-driven and AI-related discussions is a plus

Requirements:

3 years of experience in Financial Services/Banking
3 years of Salesforce experience (Service Cloud Financial Services Cloud or Data Cloud)
Proven Product Owner experience (backlog management user stories sprint planning)
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical partners

Interview Process:
