Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team in Porto working in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the office).
This role is ideal for someone experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong focus on delivery quality risk management and cross-functional collaboration between business and technical teams.
Tasks
Manage and coordinate multiple IT projects running in parallel
Ensure project quality scope timeline and delivery in alignment with predefined budgets
Identify assess and manage project risks and opportunities
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Plan track and report project progress using Jira and other project management tools
Apply and adapt Agile and Waterfall methodologies according to project needs
Facilitate project ceremonies status meetings and stakeholder communications
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal project standards
Requirements
6 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
Proven experience managing multiple projects at the same time
Strong background in IT projects within complex environments
Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Hands-on experience with Jira
Strong skills in risk management problem-solving and decision-making
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical teams
