Assistente Backoffice Banca (Porto)

Position Description:

A CGI procura Assistentes de Backoffice para integrar o nosso projeto na área da banca em regime de full-time onde será envolvido num projeto de operação de BPO no setor financeiro.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Tratamento de documentação;
Análise e inserção dados;
Categorização e tratamento de mailbox;
Verificação de documentação.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Formação Superior em Gestão Contabilidade; Economia Direito ou áreas similares (preferencial);
Mínimo 12º ano de escolaridade;
Experiência profissional na área administrativa bancária (preferencial);
Experiência em funções administrativas;
Boa capacidade de comunicação (oral e escrita);
Capacidade para gerir conflitos e resistência ao stress;
Sentido de responsabilidade;
Capacidade de relacionamento humano;
Orientação para o cliente;
Orientação para objetivos;
Bons conhecimentos aplicacionais;
Disponibilidade horária e imediata.
