Job Summary

Sr. Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the IT Software industry. The ideal candidate will be proactive possess a strong understanding of sales operations and be adept at managing the order lifecycle. This is a full-time in-office position located in Noida Uttar Pradesh India.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage Sales Orders and Purchase Orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Oversee the entire order management process from initiation to fulfillment.
Provide comprehensive sales coordination support to the sales team ensuring smooth operations.
Contribute to the strategic development and execution of sales operations initiatives.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding sales-related queries.
Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within sales operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar role with a maximum of 10 years of experience.
Proven expertise in preparing Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
Strong understanding of Order Management principles and best practices.
Demonstrated experience in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in relevant CRM and sales software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Any relevant educational background is accepted.
