Job Summary

Job Description:

Sales Tracking & Reporting: Consistently monitor daily sales targets and secondary sales data from the field team to prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
Order Processing: Manage and streamline the end-to-end order cycle by receiving orders from stockists/distributors and ensuring timely entry into the ERP system.
Inventory & Stock Coordination: Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure adequate stock availability and prevent stock-out situations for critical life-saving drugs.
Field Team Support: Act as the primary point of contact for Medical Representatives (MRs) providing them with updated price lists product availability info and promotional materials.
Distributor & Stockist Management: Handle documentation for new stockist appointments and resolve queries related to credit limits outstanding payments or damaged goods (expiry/breakage) returns.
Logistics Liaison: Coordinate with C&F (Clearing and Forwarding) agents and transporters to ensure that shipments reach their destinations within the stipulated cold-chain or safety timelines.
CRM Administration: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database ensuring all doctor lists chemist details and call reports are accurately logged.
Tender & Documentation Support: Assist in preparing documentation for institutional sales hospital tenders and government supply contracts ensuring all regulatory compliance papers are attached.
Meeting Coordination: Organize regional or national sales meetings including the preparation of agendas sales presentations (PPTs) and tracking action items post-meeting.
