Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates budgets and tender documentation.
Draft and manage contracts subcontracts and contractual correspondence.
Lead procurement supplier negotiations and contractor agreements.
Monitor project costs variations and cash flow.
Apply digital tools process Excel and AI systems to improve QS processes.
Requirements:
7 years QS experience ideally within luxury residential projects.
Strong knowledge of contracts estimating tendering procurement and budget
management.

Middle East experience is an advantage.
Excellent Excel and data management skills.
Confident communicator and negotiator.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and be able to think through problems
clearly
