Job Summary

Consultant Nephrologist

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Nephrologist to join our esteemed medical team in Nalgonda Telangana. This is a full-time position for a dedicated professional committed to providing exceptional patient care and advancing nephrological services.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and manage a wide range of kidney diseases and related disorders.
Provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing dialysis (hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis).
Interpret and manage results of diagnostic tests including renal biopsies ultrasounds and laboratory workups.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic kidney conditions.
Consult with other medical specialists to ensure integrated patient care.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in nephrology through continuous medical education and research.
Participate in departmental meetings case discussions and quality improvement initiatives.
Supervise and mentor junior doctors and medical staff within the nephrology department.
Ensure compliance with all relevant medical ethics legal regulations and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

Medical degree (MS/MD) from a recognized institution.
Specialization in Nephrology with relevant certifications (DM Nephrology DNB Nephrology).
A minimum of years of experience in Nephrology with a maximum of 9 years of experience considered.
Current medical license to practice in India.
Proven expertise in managing complex kidney diseases dialysis procedures and renal transplantation care.
Excellent diagnostic analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
Commitment to ethical medical practice and patient-centered care.
