Job Summary

Oncology Sales Operations Coordinator

Are you a highly organized and analytical professional with a passion for supporting sales leadership Join our Oncology Business Unit as an Oncology Sales Operations Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment providing crucial support to the National Sales Manager and the entire Oncology Sales Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Oncology Sales Team including the National Sales Manager (NSM) Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Key Account Managers (KAMs) ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Efficiently manage calendars coordinate travel arrangements schedule meetings process expense claims and oversee logistics for internal events.
  • Provide comprehensive support for the planning and execution of sales cycle meetings essential training programs and critical business reviews.
  • Maintain department documentation update trackers and manage internal databases with precision and care.
  • Act as a key liaison with HR Finance Admin and Medical departments to ensure the successful and timely delivery of all business objectives.
  • Prepare and disseminate monthly MIS reports insightful dashboards and field performance trackers to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collate vital sales data from field teams preparing it for management presentations and performance reviews.
  • Track and manage sales budgets monitor expenses and maintain accurate manpower updates.
  • Support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) and NSM with incentive data in-depth performance analysis and audit inputs.
  • Draft and circulate internal communications meticulously record meeting minutes and manage follow-up actions to ensure accountability.
  • Coordinate effectively between Head Office and field teams fostering alignment and a unified approach.
  • Assist in the planning of regional meetings events and impactful internal communication initiatives.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy across all communications and reports.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 3 8 years of experience in sales coordination business support or administrative roles.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in US English.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word.
  • Demonstrated analytical detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Internal: NSM RSMs ASMs KAMs HR Finance Admin Marketing and Medical Affairs.
  • External: Vendors training partners and logistics agencies.
