As a QA Tester at North you will partner with internal and external teams to ensure quality in every step of the product development and offer the best digital experiences in the world.

What you will do:

• Define and execute the testing strategy for mobile applications aligning use cases and acceptance criteria with business requirements
• Collaborate closely with product managers developers and designers to ensure alignment clear expectations and continuous communication
• Identify report prioritize and track defects and improvement opportunities ensuring full traceability throughout the lifecycle
• Automate optimize and continuously improve QA processes to increase efficiency and product reliability
• Own the overall quality vision of the product ensuring a stable reliable and high-quality final release
• Design develop and document QA frameworks guidelines and best practices for both business and development teams
• Champion quality across teams influencing a culture of excellence and top-tier product standards

You will bring to the table:

• 2 years of experience in QA testing and Digital Product Management.
• Knowledge of QA strategy and testing with practical experience in implementing acordes methodologies in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in testing with assistive technologies (including screen readers such as VoiceOver and NVDA or JAWS).
• Ability to present results and prioritizations to directive teams or clients. You can articulate the why and lead discussions around your process and conclusions.
• Familiarity with Rally Confluence or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.

• Have experience working in Agile environments.
• Are passionate about trends and developments in design & technology.
