Were searching for a Creative Video Lead to grow BeInCryptos YouTube into a scaled high-impact media channel and turn video into a long-term growth and monetization engine.
In this role youll shape how our video content captures and удерживает внимание define scalable formats and build a visual and motion system that allows the team to grow output without losing quality. Youll combine strategic ownership and thinking (60%) with hands-on execution (40%) working closely with a small video team and influencing how video drives reach retention and revenue over time.
Tasks
- Own and evolve BeInCryptos visual & motion system across video (thumbnails intros/outros lower thirds typography motion rules)
- Define and develop scalable video formats with a deep understanding of attention mechanics how hooks pacing framing and motion impact CTR retention and watch time
- Own video formats end-to-end from format thinking and narrative structure to final execution across interviews podcasts opinion clips shorts and long-to-short adaptations
- Lead end-to-end video finalization: polishing sound pacing subtitles motion accents and overall consistency
- Ensure every video is distribution-first optimized for YouTube and social platforms mechanics
- Translate brand identity into reusable templates and systems used across formats and channels
- Strengthen and scale the video team setting quality bars improving workflows and helping editors grow
- Use templates automation and motion presets to increase output without sacrificing quality
- Contribute to the long-term vision of video as a growth and monetization channel
Requirements
- Have 4 years of experience in video production motion design or editorial video (media agencies or content studios)
- Have strong hands-on experience with interviews podcasts and talking-head formats
- Deeply understand YouTube thumbnails hooks framing motion retention and attention mechanics
- Are highly confident with After Effects (must-have)
- Work fast in Premiere Pro or CapCut and use Figma to build systems and templates
- Think about video not only as content but as a product growth and monetization channel
- Enjoy balancing high-level thinking and hands-on execution (60% ownership / 40% execution)
- Are a hands-on leader who enjoys working with small teams and owning outcomes
- Have experience in agencies or high-output content teams (a strong plus)
- Have a strong interest in crypto blockchain and Web3
