| Project Description | This project focuses on enhancing and supporting a highly customized Order Management Application that sits on top of Salesforce CRM. The platform manages complex advertising workflows and handles large scale order lifecycles. It is tightly integrated with leading ad servers and ad exchanges which requires strong understanding of data flow system logic API communication and troubleshooting. |
| Duties/Day to Day Overview | Salesforce Administration Configuration & Platform Ownership - Serve as a primary Salesforce Administrator owning day-to-day platform health configuration and user experience across Salesforce org(s).
- Manage user administration including user provisioning/deprovisioning profiles permission sets permission set groups roles public groups queues and sharing rules.
- Design and maintain security and access models (OWD role hierarchy sharing rules field-level security) ensuring compliance with internal governance and data privacy standards.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce automation using Flows (screen record-triggered scheduled) Approval Processes Validation Rules and Declarative Rollups.
- Own Salesforce environment strategy including sandbox management refresh schedules release coordination and change promotion across environments.
- Maintain and enhance custom objects fields page layouts record types Lightning App Builder pages and Dynamic Forms to support evolving business needs.
- Monitor org health using Salesforce Optimizer debug logs and usage metrics proactively identifying performance scalability and adoption issues.
- Lead data governance and hygiene efforts including deduplication data validation audit readiness and ongoing data quality improvements.
- Administer and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs platform events middleware (MuleSoft Boomi Informatica) or native connectors.
- Monitor integration jobs troubleshoot failures manage error handling and coordinate with integration teams to ensure data accuracy and uptime.
- Execute and oversee data migrations imports exports and ongoing syncs using Data Loader Data Import Wizard and ETL tools.
- Maintain integration documentation field mappings and data flow diagrams.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders admins architects QA and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Act as a trusted Salesforce SME advising on platform capabilities limitations and best practices.
- Lead or support UAT coordination release communications and end-user enablement.
- Participate in solution design sessions deployment planning and post-release retrospectives.
- Provide Tier 2/3 Salesforce support troubleshooting issues related to configuration automation integrations security and data.
- Own change management and release processes including deployment validation rollback planning and post-deployment monitoring.
- Maintain system documentation runbooks and admin best-practice guides.
- Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases evaluate new features and recommend enhancements aligned with business goals.

| Qualification | - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred).
- Salesforce certifications strongly preferred including:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
- Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Consultant
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governance security and compliance best practices.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and release management.
- Experience with version control (Git) CI/CD and DevOps (Copado Gearset etc.).
